Ready for a transformative experience?
Ikigai is your reason for being — the sweet spot where your passions, gifts, values, and service to the world meet. This guide will help you reflect, reconnect, and realign with your deeper “why.”
🌱 Step 1: JOURNAL YOUR FOUR QUADRANTS
Take a quiet moment. Breathe deeply. Then answer the following questions without overthinking:
❤️ What Do I Love?
What lights me up?
What activities make me lose track of time?
What brings me joy, energy, or peace?
✨ What Am I Good At?
What skills or gifts come naturally to me?
What do others often ask me for help with?
Where do I feel most confident and capable?
🌍 What Does the World Need?
What problems or causes matter deeply to me?
Where can I make a meaningful difference?
What change do I want to help create?
💰 What Can I Be Paid For?
What value can I offer others?
What passions or skills could become sustainable work?
What services or contributions could others invest in?
🌸 Step 2: LOOK FOR PATTERNS
Circle or highlight any overlapping words, themes, or ideas.
Where do your love, talent, and purpose intersect?
What common threads are beginning to emerge?
“Pay attention to the whispers. Your path is speaking.”
🔍 Step 3: CLARIFY YOUR THEMES
Distill your insights into 2–3 personal themes or guiding principles.
Examples:
“Empowering others to grow”
“Creating through storytelling”
“Bringing clarity and compassion into chaos”
📝 Step 4: WRITE YOUR IKIGAI STATEMENT
Use this prompt to bring it all together:
“My Ikigai is to…”
(fill in with who you serve, how you serve, and why it matters to you)
Example:
“My Ikigai is to support women in aligning with their truth through storytelling, strategy, and soul work.”
🌿 Gentle Reminders:
Your Ikigai may evolve — that’s okay.
You don’t have to figure it all out today.
Begin where you are. Stay curious. Keep coming home to yourself.
